I was expecting the Standard package.

I lost 14 domains due to crash, I still haven't bothered in putting them back up.
I was waiting to see if you were going to honor the upgrade.
Before I put all that work in restoring them.

The server my site is on has been down a lot in the last 24 hours or so. Could you please let me know what the situation is? Not sure about the actual server (I started my account about three weeks ago).

I don't mean to whinge but I'm doing a lot of development & keep getting interrupted.

yeah all my domains got f grades as well; perhaps
you should have alec or somebody look into dns problems, most notably my secondary dns server kept timing out. I will have to submit a second trouble ticket over that nameserver because the ip address change they recomended only worked for a short time
and the timouts are back again.
I have faith in you to fix everything tho!

No, we have not problems with server 20.
All works fine.
It was a planned reboot for system purposes.
We did fschk - file system checking.
Sorry for caused inconveniences.

as long as the secondary nameserver is just needed for show (since it doesn't work)
that's why it's not a critical issue for me.
If the primary nameserver goes down, all will not be well
but what are the chances of my ever needing the secondary nameserver?
