It's kind of a pain, now, having three different accounts with you and three sets of passwords: the main account, a separate account for support tickets, and now, an arbitrarily-named affiliate account.
Also there's a problem with the affiliate creation script, as I'm not sure that my new affiliate number was properly created (ID=164).
It should be that when I give you my account name, all of your support personnel have access to the same database that is a complete record of all of my correspondence with you.
My ticket responses are never emailed to me. So I have to log in to that system to see what's up!
And I don't get email notification of replies on this invision board, even though I've got that option checked off.
