I have noticed the following line in cPanel Backup

"cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module."

Does this mean I cannot back up? Or is there another way? Also does Hostony do a backup each day?

We don't use CPanel backup.
We have own backup system and we know how it works unlike cpanel backup system

We do sites backup weelky and system (databases, mail, settings etc) daily.
We have two copies of server backup. One copy is locate don the same server another on is on remote server.
