Does anyone know how stats for redirected sites act? for instance if www.mydomain2.com is redirected to mydomain.com, are those hits logged in mydomain or mydomain2's logs? as it seems right now any hits coming in through mydomain2 are not being logged.

If you make redirect in control panel stats will be calculating for one domain only.
But you can make redirect just in script code.
For example:


<?
header("Location: http://destination.com");
?>


Then source domain stats will show referrers and destination domain stats will show other stats such as pages, errors. But all redirected visits will show source domain as referrer
