I guess problem is solved.

I also noticed that the support ticket just disappeared. But the problem isn't solved. Now I've changed my nameservers to ns10.hostony.com and ns11.hostony.com as instructed, and I'm still getting a lame nameserver error at

www.dnsreport.com

Could you please try this website with "freyasays.com" and tell me why you think it still doesn't work?

What does that mean? How long do I wait before asking you again? If you give me a time frame, I'll usually wait a little longer than that before bothering you again. If you don't, I get to sit here and wonder.

It can take up to 28 hours to change name servers.
I guess freyasays.com is ok now.
