Dear friends,

CDONTS component in the server seems to be not working, since I get the following error when using CDONTS creation sentence:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed

What could be happening and how can this be solved?

This is the explanation I found in aspemporium.com:

You are missing required IIS functionality. You must find and install the proper COM object on your server.

It means that CDONTS component is not installed on the server, is it?

What shall I do in order to use CDONTS? Or... is there any alternative already installed in your servers for ASP pages?

Now the error message has dissappeared, but messages do not arrive to destination...
