i take a reseller standard Plan before about 10 days , and until now i get problem to log in to Cpanel or WHM or even my site !! the speed is too slow , it takes about 3-5 minutes just to show the login dialog ( for example when i try log in to Cpanel ) , and it takes much more just to display the Main Page of Cpanel ( for example ) .... the same thing for WHM or for My site ....

ping result is ok ,,, tracert result is also ok (that is what the support team said )

so , what is the problem !!

Perhaps there is a not good between the server and your local host.
Please send us your ping and traceroute results.

Also try to open cpanel and whm without SSL interface:
http://domain.name:2082 for cpanel
and
http://domain.name:2086 for whm.

i send the ping and traceroute results to the support team by e-mail and they answer that there is not any problems with these screenshots !!

my connection is good , i try to use diffrent Machines with diffrent connection ( on of them is DSL 256 ) and nothing changed at all !!


NOTE 1 : FTP Connection is not slow , it is normal, when i send files to my site via FTP Program , i get no problem with speed !!!

NOTE 2 : now i try to login to my site via the domain name ( not via IP ) and it is really good speed, but when i use : http://serverIP/~myloginname ,,, it is too slow !!!

i have another question , i see that one of the DNS is actually my Site IP and the other is not , and actually when it try to use the other one to login to Cpanel ( Just to see its speed ) i see that it is fast , and i get response i very short time comparing with the other IP ( which is the My site IP ) !!!

i try to use my domain name to login to Cpanel or WHM ( By using http://mydomain.com:2082) , without using IP , and Finally i do it i log in to Cpanel and WHM easily !!

that tracert jpg looks real bad.

2hops from your computer is as far as you made it
out on the internet.

I'd keep an eye on that next time you have a slow connect.

I assume your ISP or their direct uplink has problems with their network equipment or routing settings. Though cannot be 100% sure.

You have lost packets and traceroute did not went through when ping got olmost ok with a few lost packages. Your ISP or their uplink either has network maintanance or network problems.
