I am hoping to sign up RSN - just a couple ??
1) I see no phone #s anywhere on the site - it there really absolutely no way to reach a live person??
2) I am not familier with cpanel/WHM - could I either get a demo or documentation?
3) Besides these forums (which are pretty good) there appears to be no other info - the KB for example seems completely empty. Are there any other support resources?

In fact we don't use it as people tend to go with their questions right to the support person either through ticket or instant messager.
