I've lost shell access for the third time in about as many months. It's been restored the last 2 times. This is a two-fold question. A: Can You please restore it again? and B: Why is this happening/how can we avoid it?

Maybe this is related to the hard drive that died? I've been trying to get Gallery up and working again and that is dependant on Imagemagick. That's why I need shell access so I can check to see that my paths are still correct and that the needed progs are actually there.
