5 days ago I was talking with support through email and ICQ, ICQ support told me to email support with my order number and request a termination of the account (before the 30-day money back guarantee is over). After a long exchange of emails and an explanation of reasons why I want to cancel my account, support asked to submit a trouble ticket. Now, the trouble ticket has been there for 4 days, and the only response was the exact same response I got in an email.

After replying to the trouble ticket, email support, and posting at this forum, I don't know what else to do. All I want is that you cancel my account and charge-back my credit card with the full refund (already discussed the refund policies with support) because the 30-day money back guarantee isn't over.
