I recently install Red Hat Linux 9 and am unable to go to a domain. I can go to an IP address such as 64.74.112.76:2095, but I refuses my request when I go to 64.74.112.76 or any domain. What do I need to do to fix this?
Serge
Hmm, probably you have to check your firewall rules or try to start without firewall.
Though 80 port should be opened by default.

My ISP gave me IP addresses to add in the Network Configuration window for the Primary DNS and Secondary DNS. Don't know what this did, but it worked. Thanks for the reply.

This allowed you to convert names in ip addresses. Usually browsers find public DNS servers automatically.
