hi,
i am migrating from my old host, and i find that my ftp is incredibly slow.

i top at 32k/sec for the first 2 secs, then a combined 18k/sec for all files. my ftp client can send up to 10 at once, but usually connects 2 ata a time and rarely 3, but the max never increases.

i also see that when i have mail, cpanel and ftp going it all slows down.

this is a minor issue right now for me, but i am worried there will be problems when multiple users are up and using their email at once, along with me administrating the site.

please look into my setting, and the server itself. i am unsure what the issue could be, but let me know if there is anything i can do on my end as well.

thanks,
angelos

We have 8 allowed connections setting. Firstly try to use different ftp client.
Also ping our server to see packet loss and tracert the server as well to see if there is a problem with establishing connections with it.
