I have a decent sized web development business - we have just over 100 sites with our main host and, remembering what my mum said about having all of my eggs in the one basket, have decided to find another good host.

Is there a control panel example I can play with and test out? We know our main hosts control panel like the back of my hand and really need to make sure we can simply set up email boxes, email forwards, etc.

We have no idea about computers, tech issues, programming etc (we outsource all of our programming and 95% of the design) and need to ensure it is simple for dopey people like us.

As for resellers control panel you have to contact our support at support@hostony.com as we cannot post link to that control panel in public forums.

Thanks for the fast response.

The control seems easy enough and I can't see myself mucking too much up!

We don't want to be a reseller. We just pay the top dollar and set up the hosting and the site on behalf of our clients.

I assume if we are just acting on behalf of our clients (and not being a reseller) that we can just use support as the need arises??

We have two or three sites next week that we'll host with you - look forward to a bit of fun and some great hosting.

In case we do outsourced support we setup for reseller a trouble ticket system and also monitor some email address under reseller's domain.
That's why we can contact you customers directly.

In case you'll setup hosting on behalf of your customers and will do everything for them yourself than you don't need outsourced support and can contatc us for support at any moment you'll need it.
