Why is the only way to change billing info through email? Email isn't the most secure thing in the world.

All we nned to know via email is your transaction ID or domain name and then we'll email you a link to the secure form allowing you to change you billing info and provide new CC.
Such links are generated automatically and emailed to the customers when payment fails on the CC on file.
