How many customers do you have on one server? How many servers do you have?
Which version of Linux/BSD are you using for your UNIX servers.
I see in some of the other posts that you have "attacks." How often are they and what services are brought down due to the attacks (i.e. SSH or FTP ).

We have about 500 customers on one server. But this number varys from server to server.
We have RedHat 9 on our servers.
Hackers attacks on our servers are not so rare but we have anti-DoS system, configured well firewall and other security stuff so thay do not success. There was some serious attempts to hack ssh and DNS server but thay was to no avail.
