Everytime I attempt to access cpanel or email I get this message:
License File Expired

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
cpanel.net
LTD: 1040722847 NOW: 1041362966

I had left a message on your trouble ticket system this morning but it vanished after 12pm and so I left another one.

Please advise. I was not aware of any cpanel license and should have been notified before it was switched off.

Is this a technical difficulty?

We answered on your trouble ticket.
Now I'duplicate our answer here.

The problem is that cpanel license is not activated on the cpanel license server. (not our but Cpanel producer DarkOrb) that's why we cannot fix it and should wait for cpanel staff to update their database.

We have changed main server ip 3 weeks ago and cpanel has to update their database to bind our license to the new ip.

Since we have this problem I can assume they did not do that.
I already posted a request to them to correct their database entry.

So, the control panel should be usable once they upfdate thir license database.

It affected only control panel. All other services -web,mail,ftp functions properly.

As for the mail. CPanel use own POP3 server so it doesn't work also. It means that you can't access you mailboxes via POP3 protocol but all emails are accepted and stored on the server.

You can try to access your mailboxes via webmail software.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused with this.
We are trying to resolve this problem with seller of our CPanel license.
