Usually we don't provide dedicated IPs for sites because we have limited number of IPs on servers but we can give it for our resellers' site. Anyway we give two IPs to each reseller for his nameservers so you can use one of them for your site.

Sure. You need log in to your domain's control panel and add "parked domains" via ACCOUNT SETTINGS -> Parked Domains. If you use your own nameservers then it is enough but you use hostony nameservers then you need to ask us to check DNS zone for this new parked domain.
