would this be considered a reseller account, not really important just curious?
how long before I can start uploading to my account after I signup and pay
and finally is it important which domain i register first and if so could you please let me know why.

No it is not reseller account because you don't get a WHM control panels or nameservers for free along with account.
We have 24 hours setup policy in order we could verify orders before we set them up and don't setup repeat abusers, hackers and carders.
We setup orders just after they are verified. It is usually 2-8 hours. Sometimes it is faster and sometimes a bit longer.
It is not important what domain will be registered first. We just need some domain to be a main account domain.
