i cant ftp write, says disk is full, but under control panel it says i have 60MB available. i can ftp delete, http, pop3, cp, etc. support@hostony.com said 7 hrs ago they were working on it. i tried deleting 110KB worth of stuff, then writing 10KB worth and that failed too.

is someone there ? which url should i use to get results from your support people ?

o.k. i sent the id & pw a half an hour ago to you. still doesnt work. what have you found thus far ? when will this be fixed do you think ?

the marlins just scored. it's 3-1 florida now. are you working on this now ? the problem was 1st notice 12 hours ago at 0800 PDT, its now 2000 PDT, and it still hasn't been fixed. are you bringing up another disk, or what is going on ?
