I have a reseller account and was wondering... How does one activate the Addon Domains feature on? Do I need to email someone? Is it an extra charge? What do I need to do to get my second DNS to point to a subdirectory?

It is absolutely free.
You need register a new domain name. Then you need go to your Control Panel in Addon Domains and set up a directory with the content for this domain.

That is all.

so if I had uh.. addon.com all i need to do is make a directory called "addon"?

because when I go to the addon panel and fill out the info in the form I get this...

I already have a folder that I want to use, do I need to back it up, delete it and then do the addon process?

First time when you added an addon domain it was added incorrectly.
So we have to remove all dns zones concerning this zones.
Please post a trouble ticket and we'll try to fix it.
