A spammer is using my domain for spamming. (Received about 100 bounced mails over the past month sent to xxxxx123456@mydomain.com)
What can I do about it?

Its not necessarily an open relay issue.
The spammer could be just forging the headers
and picking your domain name at random (or intentionally)
I've seen this and try and find the originating IP and complain to the spammers ISP.
Defamation of character,identity theft, forgery
are good keywords to get the ISP's attention.
