I have been researching your hosting service and am about to sign up for two years of your special hosting plan. I just read through your terms of service and had a few questions before I signed up.

I run a postnuke based site with a web forum. The topics that are discussed I can not always control. I have a disclaimer on my site but I was wondering on if one of your authorized personell would mind taking the time to look over my site to make sure that it is acceptable for your terms of use.

It is acceptable as long as you won't run any IRC gateways, bots or other IRC related stuff on our server. As long as they are applets (as you have this now) connecting to irc server offsite it is ok.
