the support site is not responsive, do you read the forums for email problems ? or is there another email or url i should use ?
i'm trying to access my email randy@trackandfieldphoto.com and it does not work. i tried pop3 and webmail. i tried issuing tickets to support, with urgent (1) and general (3) priorities to no avail.
http, cp, work o.k., only pop3 and webmail don't work.

I too am having CPanel related mail problems.
My e-mail filtering is no longer working since only part of the screen appears when I go to edit them. I put in a trouble ticket to support 24 hours ago as I was asked to do after e-mail to support but have received no response. My e-mail is still working but it seems like the spam is coming through more than ever and I was hoping to be able to at least filter a fair amount of it.
