I wanted to know if is possible to pay monthly for the special offer?
If not..
Then is it possible atleast to pay every three months?

6 months billing period is chosen for Special because it allows us to keep balance without introducing a setup fee. We also have to pay our bills for hardware & bandwidth and facilities. We get lower prices we can transfer to our customers only on prepay basis.

If you want to pay a setup fee 3 month billing will be
$25 setup $13.85/mo

Month to month billing will be:
$40 setup and $13.85/mo

Any of our ordinary plans can be paid at month-to-month basis with no setup.
