I had my website www.nunoserrano.net hosted by you, but the contact email was nserrano@tugamail.com and the tugamail just went off and i didn´t receive the payment message....and a few months later the site went offline.

Is it possible to pay the hosting fee and recover the website? Or is it lost for ever?
