How long after signing up for an account does it take to hear back from you?

We create customers' accounts approx. in about an hour.
If your account has not been created for a long time please send your domain name and order number to support@hostony.com.

Are you Mark Johnson?
We sent you account information twice but apparently you have some problems with your mail account notified in order form. Please provide us with another mail address and we'll resend account info.
