I have had 3 clients in 3 days call me and say that their e-mail is not functioning properly. The latest one, today, said that he was not able to log into his e-mail (Through Outlook) and check it. I tried from 3 different computers, by logging in to webmail, and they all worked fine.
Are there any known issues with outlook functioning with your servers?
My client today also had a network guy come to his office and check out his set-up. He told us that the network guy said that he ran some tests through outlook and said thet the server was running very, very slowly.
Is there any validity to this?
