websites on server Beta are down all the day.
no response to tickets all the day.

I'm sorry but I guess that it's impossible that we didn't respond to your tickets all day.
Please provide me for the tickets IDs and I'll investigate the issue with support and try to find out why you didn't get the responses from support team.
