This is what we yesterday got from our DC ( Decicatednow) :

Over the past 6 months we have spent considerable amount of time preparing to revamp our datacenter including the rollout of the much anticipated APC Remote Reboot Port units, new internal customer billing system, and many other added benefits in the months to come. The time is finally upon us to begin the initial stages of this project and will begin this Wednesday July 18th starting at 10AM EST. The window of this move time though will be up until the last server has been moved but we anticipate to have them all completed by 12PM EST. To minimize any inconvenience, we have essentially replicated your current rack that your server is hosted on onto another rack with the same switch configurations, but including the APC reboot units which are setup and ready to go. We will be powering down your server and moving it onto the new rack, powering it back on and then checking for ssh / http responsiveness. The estimated downtime per server will be no more than 5 minutes ana teams have been setup to expedite the process. During this move time you will notice a brief period of downtime for the reboot only, afterwards the servers .will be online in their new , location (only about 20 feet away) and ready for us to deploy our new services in the next 2-3 weeks. Once that has occurred you will be alerted to the new customer area login complete with the APC RRP units and MRTG graphs setup in place. You will also be removed from the current Ubersmith billing system into our new system and billed from that point in that area.
If anyone has any questions regarding the specific servers that will be moved, please contact me directly and I will be happy to review them with you specifically. The servers being moved are solely those hosted on BR15 at this time. Larger moves will be carried out in the future, however for this rack, we will only be moving that one on that date. We appreciate your time and patience in this matter as many great things will come about with this move that we are certain you will be more than happy with. We look forward to serving your hosting needs now and in the future and thank you for your continued business and patronage.
