A question re: your hosting plan

Is it possible to host mailing lists, and then to have the messages archived to somewhere on the website? (Using Mhonarc, (www.mhonarc.org) for example)

And is there a way to monitor/limit bandwidth on the individual POP/IMAP accounts?
