Full Version: Email lists DOWN, as usual...waiting over 2 hours now for response!

Ticket number 52248. I escalated with a complaint to supervisor after over 2 hours, and still there's no response at all from tech support.

It's the usual problem...my email lists aren't functioning, in the same way as many times before: the emails to the list are not distributed, they do not bounce, nor do they appear in the lists' archives.
