Hey my site was just down for a long bit just recently. It came back up again and I checked the server status.
I see this:

What does that mean and is it bad?

Sorry for the caused inconveniences.there were some troubles with Apache and that's why we decided to reboot the server

A bug in cPanel causes CPSRVD to appear down, when it's actually up and running. The full hard drives really mean nothing. Those are just some boot disks anyway.
