I believe most people encounter the same problems, with scripts, SSH, MySQL or whatever so it would be very useful for your customers and time-savy for you to have real FAQs so we can improve our website and experience with Hostony !

We're developing our Faq and it is half done. It will be enabled from the main page soon.
We've included in it frequently occurring questions regarding cpanel and local main configuration.

All forum visitors can post in this thread what they should want to see in this faq.

Here's one for the FAQ:

Make sure when you type in a username for email, you type in the whole email address. This caused me a lot of grief when I was first getting settled.
