I just signed up with Hostony yesterday and due to the number of hosts websites I was looking at, I failed to check out Hostony's info regarding support. What kind of support will I get? 24/7? I can't seem to find any info regarding suport on their website. I ordered a VPS package, does it come with ANY support?

I'm mainly asking because I opened a ticket regarding my login info and after finally receiving a response, my reply hasn't been answered in almost 2 hours. I know this may not seem like a long time, but I would hope if my server went down I would get a quick response.
