Who ever had your IP before you was using it for spam or something else. You should request a "fresh" IP to work with, from HOSTONY.

Still being bounced from my server.

Note that I am not on the 66.118.138.196 server, but it seems that all my mail is originating (for some reason?) from there, and it is being bounced back from everywhere due to the listing on Spamhaus.

Getting quite annoying, and have not been able to email too much...

Have you tried asking for a new IP, like I mentioned?!
