Hey Hostony team

For one month, my cPanel dose not function the way it used to be.
- Awstats dose not update every 24 hours the way it used to be. Now, it updates every 4 to 5 days, sometimes it takes a week to update
- Webalizer: The same problem with Awstate
- Bandwith meter: Shows (0.00 Megabytes) from day one to the end of the month
- Fantastico: Deadly Slow and it shows couple of errors at the top of the page (all the time)
- there are more errors, here and there

If it's posible to re-set my cPanel to the way i had it before, I have back-up my files on my PC. All i need now, is to get my cPanle function like it was / the way it should be.

Yes i did, they fixed it 2 times for me, but not professionally. It works for the day they fix it and it dies for over one week.

I have just opened a ticket for it. It's the third time ticket for the same problem

I hope it keeps working this time forever, not just for one day ..................
