Recently I have observed that my website philewar.org is suffering from a speed issue.
A proof is that it takes up to 15 sec for the server to generate a feed for www.feedburner.com.
FeedBurner requires the feed respond within 10 seconds.
So currently FeedBurner gives me a time out although it works well weeks ago.

I am here to complain. Anyone may tell me how to do then?
