Since about 09:00 GMT today, my friends (I am the person who supports te site for her) site has been down (current time of post is 18:29GMT).
I went on live support and got someone called Axelander. I told Alexander that there is no response from the server, but after waiting 27 minutes all I got from him was "hi".
Can someone please look into this ASAP. Domain cack-wargamesclub.net

As always, the only resolution for this is to fill out a trouble ticket.
When important matters need to be resolved, always fill out a TT first.

My site (mooseridge.net) has also been down since around 8pm PDT Friday with a brief uptime sometime saturday morning. No access to cpanel or web servers or email. Some form of status would be greatly appreciated.
