Hello,

My site has been down all day, http://TheTempleBooks.com

So I went and put in a Trouble Ticket, at which time it did not ask me for any username or password. I never got the email telling me it was logged so after several hours I tried to go back and check on it and it won't let me. It don't like my email address, my name or anything else I tried to put into it. When I tried to get a lost password figuring that may tell me something, it says it's sending me an email but I never get it.

Now, I want my site fixed first of all and what am I doing wrong with the TT system?

Support has allways been acceptable, I know some things take time. But the TT system not working with me leaves me without much else to do bu use the forum.

Thank You,
Joe Ohlandt

It seems that the problem is in your NS :
DNS Servers: NS18.HOSTONY.NET NS19.HOSTONY.NET
You just need to contact your registrator and change them to
DNS.HOSTONY.COM and DNS.HOSTONY.ORG

I think, it will help smile.gif

Hi and thanks for your help, but it seems to be in the name server at Hostony.
Nothing has been changed in regard to my end for several years.

Please help me understand this problem, why did this change become required?
I would just like to understand.

As far as I know, Hostony is going to refuse these NS, so I'd advice you to change them to NS I've given to you . You can contact support for details, but I told you the same they told me smile.gif
