Full Version: subdomain goof up

daliblume
I tried to create a subdomain rps.daliblume.com that redirected to the path currently accessible by http://www.daliblume.com/rps but in doing so, I made http://www.daliblume.com/rps inaccessible.

I've since deleted the failed attempt at a subdomain and redirection, but I still can't get web access to the /rps subdirectory. So it doesn't seem like something I can fix myself.

Ideally, I'd like http://rps.daliblume.com and http://www.daliblume.com/rps to both point to the same location.

Anybody know how I can get access to daliblume.com/rps back? And if I can get the subdomain working too?

[Edit] Whoops! The redirection was not necessary. Redirection to the same folder results in an infinite redirection loop. I'd delete this thread if I could. Sorry!

We can restored all information from backup if it still exist.

when you create subdomain you should point it to another folder or rename old folder to another.
And all will be working without any issues.
