Do you support Active Server Pages? Also when it says that with the basic account you get 15 MySQL databases what does that mean?

Yes.
One our server supports ChillySoft ASP. We don't provide Microsoft ASP.
15 MySQL databases means that you can create 15 databases.
Each database can contain as many tables as you need.
