It can be terminated from our server according to our AUP/TOS agreement (http://hostony.com/terms.html), which you accepted when signing up with hostony.com.
We provide no backup and no refund in this case.
Just for your information, we do care and have always cared about our customers, and that is why your account was suspended. More than 30 000 e-mails were sent to your account today, and then they bounced back slowing down the server and threatening for downtime for all the customers (the load average level was 200!!!, when acceptible load average level is not more than 5). Your domain is a target for spammers, which we can't allow of course. This is a new powerful server, but anyways, the overload your e-mails created influenced its reliability seriously enough.
As I already told you, your account will not be restored and you can contact our billing for cancellation. This is the final decision and there will be no more negotiations regarding this.
