when looking at the server status on the cpanel page, what load is too high for the server? it seems like whenver i check the status of server8.bigfathost.com
the light is red. is that bad and means the server is overused? is that why my mail access and cpanel access is often slow?

It might have been when we were installing new software.
When you see red light it's nod bad.
CPanel statistic lies very recently.
We have mrtg statistic and nagios.
We control all heavy tasks manually and inform user if his scripts use a lot of system recourses.
