I have two sites http://www.echarcha.com/ and http://www.nrimilan.com/

Both are high traffic sites.

I currently consume 400 Mb but expect it to grow to upto 1 GB within this year.

Both sites use php, mysql and apache. echarcha.com uses vBulletin.

I plan to have a couple of more sites in next 2 months too.

I think Hosting plans -> Power is your choice. You can host up to 5 different domains with it and you get 800 Mb of disk space and 20 Gb bandwith. I think this is enough for you at the present situation. Of course, you can easily upgrade your account in the future.
