Everything. First of all, the support staff are wonderful.
But I also love that they have upgraded the Profi account so much the whole time I've been using them that I've never had to pay for an upgrade.

First of all, the support and billing staff is awesome.
You get to know the tech's and billing employees almost like friends.
HOSTONY is willing to help you, even if it's your fault or lack of knowledge.
HOSTONY is my favorite managed hosting company (other than mine, of course!), and I've tried 13 of them!

After hosting here more than 200 websites on around 5 or 6 different linux and windows servers, I can say than I'm still here due to the GREAT FLEXIBILITY and customization options they provide me all months, prices, and very good and dedicated support/billing staff!
(trust me I know what I'm talking about, on the last 2 years or more, I think I have posted more than 500 tickets with weird issues! all resolved in a proper time

We appreciate your sincerity and will do our best not to let you down, Mark.
HOSTONY has never let me down, maybe a server or two, but you guys have been excellent!
I like that they're prices are reasonable, and they dont scam you out of cash. And usually they can help you. Some of them are too smart to help stupid people though and it pisses me off sometimes.
