I have a Profi plan which suposedly allowes me 10 domains.
I only have 4 used.
I am trying to use an MsSQL.
I create a database in Helm and a user for the DB
In the admin I can see the user created without privileges, however there is a test file which has been also created by itself were I can create tables. Nevertheless I cannot use relationships.
I have been for more than a week trying to get an answer from the help desk and looks like, or they are pulling my leg, or ...
... not even the supervisors answer.
This morning I received two answers, the first one is

The other answer is one that has been given and repetedly doesnot work
It seems to me that they have a hot potato or do not speak english, so, in desperation I am recurring to anyone who can help me.
The only thing I want is
1. Create a MySQL database
2. Create a user with full priviledges
3. Allow to have related tables
4. If I create a DB in one domain, do not allow to be seen in another domain.
Is that too much to ask?
Can anybody help?

Thank you Mblendinger, sorry was my mistake, I ment MySQL, what I want to do are the points listed at the bottom of my message. The tutorials do not help at all.
However looks like now some of the problems are being solved.
I am not a complainer, but looks like the post helped since I am gettings some results, after a week of tickets going back an forth.

Why is it that my sites become unreachable every night at exactly 11PM Eastern? My sites are on 69.72.157.68. Tonight I was ftp'ing stuff just before 11PM and right on the hour the ftp failed. Now I can't reach my sites. Happens all the time. Usually I see it with my email when the server can't be reached. Are you guys running something at 11PM?
