Ok, I always get a response to use SSH login to WHM, and IT DOES NOT WORK. Ive opened about 9 tickets about WHM and its innability to function, along with CPanel. I can not get into more than 75% of time, and my email gets flooded with error messages about cpserv and named failing. This needs to get fixed. My services are always failing. To top all this off, I made a new account through WHM three days ago (about to go to fourth day) and it still doesnt work. Is there anyway this can actually be fixed instead of me ahving to have staff reboot it every 5 hours??

As for the domain, did you set up the correct DNS for it? Please provide with the domain that is not working.
