I go to my webpage and see this:

Now, it states that several emails were sent to me. I only received one, which states this:

I didn't think too much about it, as I thought it would be automatic. Now I don't have a website at all and the clock is ticking.

Well, timer ran out. I was told in live text chat that everything would be working by now when the timer ended. Well, it didn't, my trouble ticket was not answered, and my website is still down.

Can someone here answer what it is I need to do? Do I need to modify my nameservers for my domain? The page does say:

However if I type in http://65.98.8.5/~moonport

it takes me here http://eta.fastbighost.com/~moonport/

I really really need to know what is going on to make everything so screwed up.

Hi,

you have problems with nameserver records. Your site is resolving to the old records and possibly new records malfunction. Please provide me with the ticket's number if your problem is still unresolved.

I go to http://access.enom.com/ to manage my domain and I have my name servers set up as this:

1) dns.hostony.org
2) dns.hostony.com

Do i need to change these?

Now this is getting real serious.

I can no longer connect via FTP anymore! Was my password changed????? This is not funny. April 1st already past. mad.gif

Nor can I log into cpanel. This is really screwing up my weekend. sad.gif

Also, that timer doesn't make any sense! I looked into the timer's code, and it runs according to the time on your machine.

That means that the time the server will "die" is going to be different for people in different time zones.

Hi everyone. I'm not sure who knows and who doesn't. Incase you didn't know, there was a small problem with Hostony's forum, and a little bit of data has been lost.

The couragous and dedicated Hostony tech. crew has restored the forum to a backup which was made in April.

~ YOUR SERVERS & HOSTING ACCONTS ARE OK. Only the forum was affected. ~



So let's get this forum back to how it was before - alot of posts and alot of new things going on!

I think Hostony's forum has major problems though, because I am being redirected to the wrong pages at the wrong times. My sugession would be to re-install, but we'll see what they do.

You're right. Many links are broken, features don't work correctly, and so on.
I think Hostony may have to do a fresh clean re-install. Just like Windows, eh?! biggrin.gif

They need to make sure to finish cleaning up. This still exists:
