Full Version: I'm having trouble with my domain / new account

Can anyone help me with this?! I set up an account with hostony a few days ago. I had the registrar change the name servers to point to hostony 3 days ago now. Yeah, propogation can take a couple / few days, but I find that it changes overnight. But trying to get to the domain (http://www.aimcsi.com) fails, even 3+ days later. Mail is bouncing, and I can't even get to the control panels now. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the servers (even with the IP address, I don't get a default page or the control panels!?

Friend, don't write the direct access url to your ticket, everybody can edit it!

Respecting to the email, have you tried to check if on your mail client program, do you have enabled the "My outgoing mail server SMTP requiere authorization" (or something like this I have it in spanish) ?

Without this you can't send mails.

Post all this on a ticket, they will fix it ASAP! but using forum you will have more delay to get to support staff.

ps: there is not problems with the server, I've some account on the same server where you are smile.gif
