Hi HOSTONY!
My account will expire in a month or so and I'd like to renew it.

The situation is almost exactly as same as the topic below.

I originally signed up for 12 months with the "Special" package but received a free upgrade
to the commerce account. How do I go about the renewal process
(keeping my domain name as well (I registered my domain name with Hostony))?

I siged up for a year with the "special" plan last June and got a free upgrade to commerce around October.
I'd like to know about the renewal process.

My domain is "1englishdoctor.com" and I'd like to keep my domain.
It's a really important domain for me.
In that topic above, Lehrer renewed the domain for him right away.
Could someone do the same thing for me?
You can charge me for the domain now (for one more year) if you need to.

I already opened the tickets to billing and support but then I found the topic above so I decided to write here too.
The support tickets #s I opened are below.

#25970 (to the biling)
#25986 (to the support)

Hello Hostony and Teruki,

I was the one that originally posted the concern about the renewal process... nice find Teruki wink.gif. Now, I have a slight modification to my original concern....

I wish to extend my contract for another year (this month should be the last month for the current contract)... and I would like to keep my free upgrade wink.gif.... and, here is the addition, I would like to add a new domain.

Should this all be addressed to Billing?

I just wanted to check in here first and provide a nice post for billing and other members to check wink.gif
